Job Description:
What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Vice
President of Field Sales within our Commercial Card division of the
Corporate Payments line of business. This is a remote role based in
the U.S. In this position, you will be responsible for leading a
team of frontline sales leaders, each managing distributed,
high-performing field sales teams focused on new-logo acquisition.
You will guide leadership development, drive organizational
performance, and execute Corpay’s national commercial card growth
strategy. You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Card
Sales, and partner closely with cross-functional leaders across the
business. How We Work As an SVP of Field Sales, Corpay will set you
up for success by providing: • Assigned workspace in home and

training and executive-level onboarding Role Responsibilities The
responsibilities of the role will include: • Leading, coaching, and
developing a team of frontline sales leaders responsible for
multiple regional new-business (hunter) sales teams • Setting and
executing the national growth and go-to-market strategy for the
Commercial Card field sales organization • Driving new B2B business
across the Commercial Card product suite while ensuring consistent
sales process execution • Tracking and managing KPIs weekly across
all regions, including pipeline development, prospecting activity,
forecast accuracy, and closed deals • Recruiting, developing, and
retaining top sales leadership talent while aligning with market
and product trends • Conducting weekly one-on-one sessions with
sales leaders, leadership team calls, and regular field
visits/market reviews • Supporting performance management through
coaching, training, and structured development plans • Reporting on
organizational performance weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually
to executive leadership • Partnering cross-functionally with
Product, Marketing, Operations, and broader Corporate Payments
leadership to support strategy and client success • Managing
budgets, headcount planning, and resource allocation across the
field organization • Representing Corpay professionally at industry
events, key client meetings, partner engagements, and executive
forums Qualifications & Skills • B2B sales leadership experience,
including leadership of sales leaders (not just direct ICs) •
Proven success scaling high-performing, target-driven,
hunter-focused sales organizations • Experience operating within a
metrics-driven, activity-based sales environment • Strong
background in new business development within commercial payments,
commercial card, fintech, or financial services • Expertise in
territory design, value proposition development, forecasting, and
sales cycle coaching • Strategic thinker with strong commercial,
financial, and operational acumen • Excellent executive
communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills •
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/sales tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Effective at recruiting, mentoring, succession planning, and
performance leadership • Self-starter with strong initiative and
the ability to manage multiple priorities and large-scale teams •

adjusted for the applicable geographic markets. At Corpay, it is
not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the
range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the
facts and circumstances of each case. The estimated salary range
for this role is $170,000 - $200,000 uncapped earning.
