Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Center Analyst I
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and triage reported client and system issues,
investigating solutions and tracking progress
Collaborate with various teams to identify problems and complete
complex configuration tasks to support customer success
Generate reporting metrics and identify process improvements to
enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a technology or
healthcare environment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in a HIPAA regulated environment is preferred
Familiarity with EDI/X12 transactions and relational databases
(SQL)
Exposure to scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or
JavaScript
