Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Building Science Analyst to
support residential energy efficiency programs.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects, builders, and energy raters to enhance
performance-driven design
Evaluate new products and technologies for residential buildings
and ensure compliance with energy codes
Develop technical training materials and conduct training sessions
for internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in residential energy efficiency, building
performance, or construction
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Building Science or a related
field
Experience with energy modeling tools such as REM/Rate, BEopt, or
HOT2000
Knowledge of ENERGY STAR for Homes and similar energy efficiency
programs
Familiarity with residential HVAC systems, insulation practices,
and moisture control strategies
