Job Description:
A company is looking for an Investigations Analyst to conduct
and lead internal investigations related to complex and sensitive
matters.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and independently lead internal investigations, including
interviews and evidence analysis
Draft investigation reports and summaries for various
stakeholders
Organize and analyze information, evidence, and investigation
trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least 2 years of experience in conducting investigations,
preferably in labor and employment-related issues
Understanding of labor and employment laws, policies, and
regulations
High-quality investigative skills, including evidence collection
and analysis
Strong writing abilities to present clear investigative
findings
