Job Description:
A company is looking for an INGENIUM Lead / Insurance Business
Analyst (USA Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business analysts to design and document technical
specifications
Develop and test technical solutions for insurance business
processes, ensuring alignment with project goals
Coach and mentor team members while fostering continuous
improvement in the development process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or
equivalent experience
Experience with INGENIUM projects and demonstrated understanding of
INGENIUM product functionality
Expert-level proficiency in INGENIUM and familiarity with various
INGENIUM versions
Hands-on experience with multiple operating systems and proficiency
in relevant programming languages
Experience working within an Agile environment
