Sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage contract drafting and negotiations, ensuring alignment with
legal and risk management standards
Prepare and execute contract summaries, ensuring compliance and
addressing supplier performance issues
Drive continuous improvement and support supplier diversity and
sustainability initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or equivalent
experience
5 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and
project management
Strong understanding of technical, business, legal, and commercial
concepts
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage
stakeholder interests
Desire to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
