Key Responsibilities
Optimize revenue operations to align sales, marketing, and customer
success teams
Build scalable workflows for lead management and pipeline
forecasting
Develop revenue forecasting models and track KPIs to meet
targets
Required Qualifications
5+ years in revenue operations or sales operations, preferably in
software or web3
Experience in a startup environment with process building
skills
Familiarity with tools like Clay, HubSpot/Salesforce, and basic SQL
knowledge
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in pipeline
forecasting
Proactive mindset with a collaborative spirit and excellent
organizational skills
