Job Description:
A company is looking for a Core Implementation Specialist to
join their implementations team.
Key Responsibilities
Validate data, workflow, procedures, and processes within loan
areas and other applications
Independently assist clients during the onboarding process and
resolve issues as needed
Collaborate with banking product providers and travel to customer
sites for implementation if requested
Required Qualifications
Minimum of four years' experience in banking operations, with a
preference for loan operations
Knowledge of secondary loan servicing (e.g., Freddie Mac, Fannie
Mae) is a plus
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and customer
service
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for customer
support
Insurable driving record and proof of personal liability auto
insurance coverage of at least $300,000
