Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mid Service Desk Liaison (SDL).
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between end users and the IT
service desk
Monitor and track IT incidents and service requests, ensuring
timely resolution
Analyze incident trends and recommend proactive solutions for
recurring issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field
2-4 years of experience supporting the Service Desk
ITIL certification preferred
Must be a U.S. Citizen
No physical requirements needed for this position
