Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Development Lead responsible
for managing contract negotiations and providing strategic support
to various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Redline contract terms and provide guidance on contract provisions
to resolve differences
Identify potential legal and business-related issues and seek
appropriate guidance
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support
contract processing and implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of related experience; paralegal
experience preferred
Experience in redlining commercial agreements, including
third-party contracts
Healthcare experience is a plus
Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a focus on
customer satisfaction
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
