Our vision is to be the premier healthcare provider in the region, delivering exceptional patient experiences through innovative, integrated care.The Community Engagement Specialist is responsible for coordinating and assisting in planning, developing, implementing, and tracking plans to expand TrueCare presence. The position is also responsible for working with internal and external partners and assist with data collection and administrative tasks. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in social services, health education, public health or other health related field, or equivalent work experience.
• One to two (1-2) years' experience in healthcare related field
• One to two (1-2) years' experience supporting a community-based program.
• Knowledge of public and private social services agencies, community resources, including Federal and State programs.
• Computer literacy working with PC-based software applications and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Desired Qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in patient and community health education.
    The pay range for this role is $23 - $32.20, (the maximum pay is attained with seniority in the role and during the lifespan of this title). The compensation will be determine at the time of an offer.

    If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
