Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver real-time support to customers, shoppers, retailers, and
partners for Rx delivery-related inquiries and health programs
Provide fast, effective resolutions while navigating complex
challenges in a dynamic environment
Identify trends in customer feedback and collaborate with
management to improve processes and outcomes
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in customer service or call center
support
Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written
Comfort with technology and proficiency in navigating web-based
support platforms
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of empathy and customer advocacy
