Key Responsibilities
Perform customer account reconciliations and collections activities
for small to medium customer accounts
Secure accurate customer contacts and escalate collection or
reconciliation issues proactively
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational issues and
improve processes
Required Qualifications
Experience in accounts receivable or collections
Proficiency in customer account reconciliation
Ability to manage and escalate high-risk customer scenarios
Strong collaborative skills with internal teams
Familiarity with invoice dispute resolution processes
