Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Provide thought partnership to the senior leadership team on
organizational, programmatic, and operational strategy
Lead and continuously improve the annual planning process, ensuring
clarity of goals and cross-functional alignment
Monitor progress on organizational-wide OKRs and identify risks or
areas needing support
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in strategic
planning or business operations
2+ years of experience managing teams
Strong track record of driving cross-functional initiatives and
aligning stakeholders
Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships with
professionalism
Bonus: Experience in technology or edtech
