The Production Manger will oversee all outbound functions of DC
operations while leading a team of 50-75 employees and 3-5
supervisors to ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and
efficiently to meet dispatch schedules. Depending on the
assignment, the Production Manager will oversee / lead any of the
DC areas: including each-pick, full case selection, perishables
(cooler/freezer), and/or dock operations. While keeping our
delivery drivers in mind, our shipping operations team will fulfill
customer orders at a high-volume pace by selecting product from
inventory utilizing RF units (gladiators w/ring scanners) and
replenishing product utilizing RF technology. This person must have
a strong KPI background and be customer service driven. As with all

Oversee outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy,
thoroughness, and condition of shipments in a two-building
Establishes operational procedures for activities such as
verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and
disposition of product, and keeping warehouse inventory
Help create and maintain the necessary KPI’s to ensure
Department is being managed to budget while steering process
improvement and employee development.
Leverage KPI’s to plan, forecast, and align shipping needs to
perform current business needs and performance goals.
Inspects shift operations to ensure compliance with Standard
Operating Procedures and specifications.
Ensures that the daily inspection requirements of material
handling equipment are adhered to.
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of
Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
Proven knowledge of replenishment and ability to manage it in an

Proactive in slotting and/or re-slotting of SKUs.
Proven ability and willingness to take a hands-on approach as
necessary, to insure safe operations of all in-house powered
Maintains distribution center’s GMP’s, HACCPs at acceptable

Ensure Safety and OSHA rules are followed.
Maintain inventory integrity by employing “world-class”
warehousing and inventory control practices.
Must maintain and promote sanitation and facility maintenance
that is consistent with Siliker audit requirement.
Maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills,
Must have a High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of three (3) years of experience of related
Knowledge of warehouse technology; RF, Warehouse Management
Labor Management Systems experience desirable.
Superior proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, including
advanced skills in Excel.
Ability to work any shifts including evening hours on weekends
and Holidays as needed.
Must be able to work in a fast pace environment under tight time
