Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Attorney (fully
remote).
Key Responsibilities
Promote compliance with laws related to power generation and the
energy business
Develop expertise in matters pending before FERC and state
commissions
Provide strategic recommendations in regulatory proceedings
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5-7 years of experience with FERC regulations
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions
Experience in regulatory compliance and energy law
Ability to travel to Washington, DC as needed
