A company is looking for a Commercial Lawyer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations and redlining of customer contracts, ensuring
compliance with legal standards and company policies
Draft, negotiate, and respond to comments on various agreements,
collaborating with sales to meet client needs
Identify potential legal risks and provide solutions while staying
updated on relevant laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from a top U.S. law school or equivalent
Admission to practice law in California, New York, or another U.S.
state
5+ years of experience in contract law at a high growth SaaS or
technology company
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and redlining best
practices
Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations
affecting SaaS agreements
