trustworthy digital finance. The Opportunity We’re hiring a
Manager, Product Partnerships & Initiatives to work directly with
the Head of Product across stablecoins, tokenization, and platform
infrastructure. This role blends two high-impact responsibilities:
Product Partnerships — identifying, evaluating, and integrating
external partners critical to our product ecosystem. Product
Initiatives — driving strategic, cross-functional projects that
strengthen our product org and accelerate execution. This is a role
for someone who thrives at the intersection of product,
partnerships, strategy, and execution. You’ll own high-leverage
work that shapes our roadmap, deepens partner connectivity, and
enables new product capabilities. Over time, you’ll grow into a
product leader who owns strategic outcomes, whether through
partner-enabled products, network expansion, or new product
domains. About the Team Business Operations at Paxos will be a
small, high-impact team that works directly with leadership on the
company’s most important priorities to drive and enable growth of
the business. As the first hire in BizOps, you will help define the
role of the function. BizOps will partner with teams across the
business to lead mission critical, cross-functional efforts,
deliver objective analysis and insights, and incubate new roles or
functions as the business scales. You may dig into winning new
market segments, design new business systems and processes to scale
Paxos, help us build and launch new products, or unlock new revenue
opportunities. Whatever it is, we work on what will move the needle
most for Paxos. The focus is on results, not activity, and to have

tone for how Paxos solves ambiguous hard problems. What You’ll Do
Product Partnerships (External-Facing Ownership) Identify &
evaluate opportunities: Source and assess potential partners
aligned with our product strategy and growth priorities. Negotiate
agreements: Lead commercial and technical negotiations, including
terms, success metrics, and integration scope. Manage integrations:
Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure
integrations meet partner expectations and deliver real value.
Drive partnership strategy: Shape a roadmap for partner
capabilities that unlock new product features, distribution, or
markets. Own partner relationships: Act as the primary point of
contact for partners, ensuring relationships stay productive,
healthy, and aligned with long-term objectives. Product Initiatives
(Internal Cross-Functional Leadership) Run strategic projects: Lead
product-led initiatives that span teams—e.g., platform
improvements, process redesign, pricing or analytics projects,
cross-product workflows. Support strategic planning: Partner with
the Head of Product to craft and align on OKRs, priorities, and
multi-quarter product strategy. Strengthen execution: Improve
product operating rhythms—reviews, planning cycles, decision
logging, and launch readiness. Drive clarity & communication:
Synthesize complex decisions into crisp, actionable narratives for
internal and external stakeholders. About You 4–8 years of
experience in product partnerships, strategy consulting, business
operations, or product management. Strong commercial and analytical
instincts; capable of structuring deals, assessing trade-offs, and
evaluating partner fit. Exceptional communicator; able to
articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Comfortable
working directly with executives and external partners. Skilled at
navigating ambiguity, building structure, and driving
cross-functional execution. Deep curiosity for technology and how
systems, integrations, and networks scale. MBA or experience in
high-growth or regulated environments is a plus. What Success Looks

and benefits Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and
benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your
individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for
bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the
range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located
within the United States is: $187,000—$220,000 USD
