A company is looking for a Remote Medical Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Accept and manage high volume inbound calls
Provide accurate information and follow-up to patients and
healthcare providers
Multitask between several internal system programs while adhering
to company policies
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a call center
Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
Ability to multitask and use dual monitors
High school diploma or equivalent
Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access
required
