Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advocate I.
Key Responsibilities
Receives and responds to routine member and/or provider inquiries,
requests, and concerns in an accurate and timely manner
Mitigates and prevents complaints from being escalated by resolving
issues during the initial contact
Documents all member or provider communications for quality and
performance tracking through CRM applications
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
Entry-level position with little or no previous experience
required
Experience interacting and multitasking using multiple systems and
programs preferred
Must reside in North Carolina
