Job Description Talent4Health is seeking a travel OR - Operating Room Charge Nurse (RN) for a travel nursing job in San Diego, California. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Position: Charge RN – Operating Room (OR) Location: San Diego, CA Facility: Sharp HealthCare Shift: 12H Nights (NOC) – 3 shifts/week (1800–0630) On-Call: 1 on-call shift per 2-week pay period (approx. 2x/month) Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Contract Length: 13 Weeks Required Qualifications: - Active CA RN License - BLS (CPR) - Minimum 3 years recent OR RN circulating experience - OR Charge experience (must have experience running the board) - Level I or Level II Trauma experience - Travel experience required - EPIC EMR experience (strongly preferred) Unit Details: - Level II Trauma Center (staffed 24/7 for emergency cases from ED) - All types of surgical cases - Primarily coordinating and assigning cases (not typically scrubbed into cases) - Responsible for case setup and anesthesia support - Manages staffing, sick calls, and escalations to admin on call About Talent4Health A leader and innovator, offering comprehensive talent solutions for the healthcare industry across the nation.
