Job Description Job Description Salary: DOE Skilled Home Health Nurses Needed Palm Springs, CA Registered Nurses (RN) | Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) | Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) Billet Health is a growing home health agency looking for skilled, compassionate nurses who have the heart and passion for total patient care. Our team provides home health services to patients through a 9-week episode of care, delivering not just excellent clinical carebut a truly personal experience. As a new and growing company, were seeking PRN team members who are excited to help build something meaningful from the ground up. Why Work With Billet Health? Total schedule flexibility you build your own caseload Choose how much you work: 5 patients a day or 23 visits per week You decide when to see patients and coordinate visits directly with them Typical visit length: 4560 minutes Freedom to follow and keep patients you enjoy working with Supportive leadership and collaborative care planning As patients come onto service, our staffing team will contact you to offer visits as coverage is needed. Registered Nurse (RN): Complete SOCs, ROCs, recerts, and skilled nursing visits Perform patient assessments and collaborate with the Director of Nursing Develop and implement individualized plans of care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Provide skilled nursing care per plan of care Monitor patient status and report changes Support ongoing patient education and coordination Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide compassionate personal care in the home or facility Observe and report patient changes to the clinical team Qualifications Active RN, LPN, or CNA license in the state of practice Current Physical Valid drivers license Valid auto insurance CPR/BLS certification Valid TB test Skin test within the last year or Chest X-ray within the last five years Training Requirement Initial home health training requires one full week of availability (MondayFriday) Additional Details Care is provided in the patients home or residential facility Pay rates are based on a 20-mile radius from your home and include travel Additional compensation may be offered for patients outside your territory Joint Commissioncertified agency Job Type Part-Time Per Diem / PRN Medical Specialty: Home Health Work Location: On the road (Palm Springs area) Benefits 401(k) Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Flexible schedule If youre the kind of nurse who goes above and beyondand believes great care should feel personalwed love to hear from you.
