Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: San Diego, CA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $3,139 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Scrub) – California Start Date: February 23, 2026 Location: San Diego, California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 6:30 AM start time; scheduled two shifts every other weekend; on-call coverage includes 16 hours per weekend and 24 hours per weekday in a 4-week period with 30-minute response time Highlights: Perioperative scrub nursing role requiring expertise in orthopedics, neurosurgery, and robotics Direct patient care utilizing the full nursing process from assessment through evaluation Interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver individualized, holistic care aligned with patient and family goals On-call responsibilities integrated into schedule with weekend call in addition to regularly scheduled weekend shifts Opportunity to serve as patient advocate while coordinating care with the broader healthcare team Requirements: Active California RN license CPR certification Minimum three years of recent RN experience in a clinical role At least two years of recent specialty experience in Operating Room nursing Demonstrated scrub experience with proficiency in ortho, neuro, and robotics procedures Completion of OR questionnaire required with submission Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to apply advanced perioperative skills in a dynamic, specialty-focused environment where patient safety, therapeutic care, and clinical excellence are paramount.
