Job Description:

Therapist to provide both preventative and rehabilitative services
that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our
patients. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing
physical therapy programs tailored to each patient's needs and
updating their progress. You will be part of a supportive team and

opportunities. Develop and implement specialized physical therapy
treatments and interventions based on patient assessments. Document
patient care and outcomes to adjust treatments as needed. Consult
with patients to learn their physical condition and symptoms and
diagnose their physical ailments. Maintain patient confidentiality
and records according to established guidelines. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and
rehabilitation strategies. Educate patients and families about
their conditions and the necessary steps towards recovery. Strong
knowledge of physical therapy principles, theories, and best
practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle a diverse caseload effectively. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Medical Insurance 401k Current Physical
Therapist license in California. CPR and First Aid certifications
preferred.
