RN Nursing Supervisor in the Emergency Department at Providence
Mission - Laguna Beach Hospital in Laguna Beach, CA. This position
is Full-Time and will work 12-hour Night shifts. Providence Mission

range of specialties. Under the direction of the nurse manager,
Director, or Executive Director, the Charge Nurse/Nursing
Supervisor provides an optimal environment and assists in
overseeing and directing unit activities and personnel in order to
ensure high quality patient care. Plans, organizes, controls and
coordinates the department activities ensuring high quality patient
care and efficient, cost-effective service. Adheres to the ANA
Nursing Administration: Scope and Standards of Practice. Providence

we must empower them. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in
Nursing California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National
Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. One
professional certification in related area upon hire. 2 years of
recent clinical experience in specialty area. Charge Nurse/Relief
Charge Nurse experience. Preferred Qualifications: Masters Degree

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range
for this position. The successful candidates placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Providence offers a
