Job Description:
A company is looking for a Psychologist Reviewer to authorize
and monitor care for behavioral health and substance abuse
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct peer reviews for outpatient and psychological testing
requests
Educate network practitioners on best practice models and
utilization management processes
Respond to complaints related to psychological testing and
facilitate outpatient rounds
Required Qualifications
PhD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, or a
related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health
Experience working with children preferred (5+ years)
Knowledge of psychological tests, diagnostic evaluations, and
evidence-based practices
Unrestricted Psychologist License (PhD or PsyD) or Board Certified
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required upon hire
