Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue-generating activities and manage growth targets for
the Health Systems business line
Lead a high-performing team and oversee cross-functional
collaboration for partner success
Monitor key performance metrics and ensure effective onboarding and
retention of health system partners
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, provider
relations, or business development, preferably in digital health or
healthcare services
Proven success in managing partnerships with large health systems
or provider groups
Strong cross-functional operational skills in fast-paced
environments
Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
Data-driven decision maker with a passion for mental health and
healthcare transformation
