Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant
to lead change management assessments for a Cloud Data
Modernization project.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Change Management Assessment to identify impacts of cloud
migration on people, processes, and technology
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather
requirements and ensure alignment on change management
strategies
Analyze migration effects on departments, identifying risks and
opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years of experience in the Enterprise Data Warehouse
space, particularly in IT and cloud migration
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; change
management certification is a plus
Deep understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise data
warehouse solutions
