Are you a master of organization with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for excellence at the highest level? Tennis Channel is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our Chairman and CEO - a dynamic leader at the helm of a fast-paced, high-impact organization.

In this role, you won't just manage calendars - you'll be a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and problem-solver who ensures every day runs with precision, foresight, and grace. You'll thrive in a role where no two days are the same, where calm under pressure is a superpower, and where confidentiality, communication, and adaptability are the name of the game.

This role is performed in-office from our new state-of-the-art broadcast studio in Santa Monica, CA.

In this role, you will:

• Orchestrate a complex, ever-changing C-suite executive's heavy calendar with strategic foresight, prioritizing mission-critical meetings across time zones and continents.
• Manage inbound and outbound communications with poise, professionalism, and a keen sense of urgency.
• Anticipate scheduling challenges before they arise and proactively find solutions to ensure the most critical meetings are prioritized on executive's calendar.
• Maintain the utmost discretion and judgment while managing confidential and sensitive information.
• Support the smooth flow of daily operations with a proactive, can-do attitude and a polished, composed presence.
• Exceptional communicator with excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the company.
• Coordinate all aspects of travel (domestic and international) - crafting seamless, efficient itineraries down to the last detail.
  Required qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required if experience demonstrates excellence
  • A seasoned executive assistant with 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably in an ever evolving and growth critical corporate environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, advanced calendar and travel management, ability to navigate ambiguity, and strong emotional intelligence
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, highly organized, and discreet

    The base salary compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $125,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates' relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
