A company is looking for an Associate Customer Success Manager
(HVLT).
Key Responsibilities
Support Calm for Business partners by building strong relationships
and driving adoption of best practices
Understand customer wellness goals and implement effective
engagement strategies
Lead the implementation of Calm Health customers and manage
technical configurations
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management
role
Experience in program management and process-oriented tasks
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and
Zendesk
Ability to analyze data and identify trends
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus
