A company is looking for a Senior Manager, User Experience to
lead and evolve its UX practice for a legal SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities
Define and evolve the UX strategy aligned with business goals and
customer needs
Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of UX designers
Oversee UX research activities to understand user behavior and
inform design decisions
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in UX design with 3+ years in a leadership
role
Proven success designing for complex workflows in regulated
industries
Strong portfolio showcasing strategic UX thinking and measurable
impact
Experience managing and mentoring design and research
professionals
Deep understanding of UX principles, design systems, and
accessibility
