Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Excellence Manager to
lead process improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and redesign workflows across HR, Operations, Marketing,
and Finance to improve efficiency
Define and track operational KPIs and utilize continuous
improvement methodologies for performance gains
Recommend and implement technology solutions to enhance automation
and streamline processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations
Management, or a related discipline
3-7 years of experience in process improvement, operations
engineering, or business transformation
Hands-on experience with shared services teams such as HR,
Marketing, Finance, and Operations
Skilled in process mapping and data analysis tools, with
familiarity in CRMs and workflow tools
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher strongly preferred
