Key Responsibilities
Manage and mentor a team of business analysts to deliver analytics
projects effectively
Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and
support business decision-making
Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and
ensure data integrity
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in business analytics or a related field,
including 1 year of leadership experience
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power
BI
Experience with business intelligence software and data
visualization tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or equivalent work
experience
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and
business metrics
