Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director/Senior Director of Policy
and Advocacy, Basic Needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of policy and advocacy
strategies for public benefit programs
Oversee the creation and execution of TICAS' Basic Needs policy
agenda
Manage staff, providing supervision, coaching, and performance
evaluations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in higher education,
research, or advocacy
Substantial knowledge of US public benefits programs and higher
education policy
Demonstrated ability to manage grant-funded projects and teams
Intermediate/expert proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
