A company is looking for an Organizational Development Talent
Planning Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate talent planning, succession, and performance
management activities
Develop scalable talent planning tools and approaches to identify
competency and talent gaps
Conduct organizational assessments and establish individual
development planning tools
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, business
administration, human resources, or related field
5 to 8 years of experience in talent management, succession
planning, or organizational development
Experience in large corporate organizations, healthcare, or
university environments
ICF-certified coach upon hire
Preferred: Master's degree or PhD in a related field and 3 years of
people management experience
