Job Description:
A company is looking for a Design System Manager to own and
evolve a digital design system for internal and client-facing
products.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and evolve a large-scale Figma component library used by
multiple product teams
Collaborate with engineering teams for design handoff and web
component implementation
Lead quarterly design audits, usage reporting, and system adoption
metrics
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in digital product design, with at least 3+
years focused on design systems
Proven ownership of enterprise-level design systems and scalable
design infrastructure
Mastery of Figma with experience creating modular, accessible
design components
Experience managing design systems documentation and site
publishing (Webflow or similar)
Experience working in regulated or highly structured corporate
environments is a plus
