A company is looking for a Medical Bill Review Production
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise daily, weekly, and monthly activities of
the team to ensure performance goals are met
Conduct reviews, audits, and monitor the quality of work related to
medical bill review claims
Identify process gaps and implement improvements while
communicating effectively with clients and other departments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
3+ years of experience with Workers Compensation Medical Bill
Review
3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Advanced knowledge of Workers Compensation rules and
regulations
