Job Description:
A company is looking for a Capacity Manager to oversee resource
allocation and capacity planning.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming requests from the sales team and fit them into the
existing resource pool
Design and implement automation around capacity planning and
resource allocation
Act as a bridge between technical and commercial teams,
collaborating with engineers, analysts, product managers, and
executives
Required Qualifications
Comfortable working in an evolving setup
Ability to bring order to complexity and figure things out
independently
High-level understanding of infrastructure and product
architecture
Confident communication with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong managerial skills and energetic approach
