Job Description Job Description Product Operations Coordinator $60-80K Product Operations Coordinator Santa Fe Springs Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Position Overview The Product Operations Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of product development and launch processes. This cross-functional role supports product management and product development efforts. This role will facilitate communication across departments, manage documentation, and support the sales team with the necessary training and resources to successfully introduce new products to the market. Key Responsibilities Coordinate product operations activities from initial development through to market launch Manage and maintain technical documents, including installation guides, cut sheets, and spec sheets Assist in the creation and maintenance of Product Information Management (PIM) systems Support sales training initiatives related to new product introductions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product generation changes Facilitate communication between engineering, sales, and marketing teams regarding product specifications and updates Conduct regular reviews of product performance and documentation accuracy Contribute to the development of user-friendly documentation for internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 2 years of experience in product operations or a related role Experience working with spec sheets, technical documentation, product configurators, or ERP/PIM systems Strong understanding of product documentation standards and practices Experience in creating / presenting technical documents and training materials Familiarity with lighting, electrical systems, or wireless controls (or strong interest in learning).
