Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Founding Engineer to drive AI
initiatives and develop intelligent features for their product
suite.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build foundational AI capabilities and intelligent
systems for user-facing features
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and
define AI/ML problem areas
Establish technical foundations for scalable and secure AI use
across the organization
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in building AI or ML-powered features in
production systems
Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI technologies
Strong Python engineering skills; experience with backend systems
is a plus
Experience in B2B SaaS startup environments or similar fast-paced
settings
Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, and microservices
architectures
