Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A licensed
Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide
full-time, onsite services at an elementary school in Wilmington,
DE. This contract role supports a split elementary caseload,
working with both traditional and autism programs. The position
requires a Delaware SLP license and school-based experience is
preferred. Location: Wilmington, Delaware Elementary School Setting
Duration & Schedule: Contract through the current school year,
ending 6/12/2026 Full-time: 37.5 hours per week Onsite,
school-based role only Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive
speech-language therapy services to elementary students across
traditional and autism programs Assess, plan, and implement
individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy activities
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
support student communication goals Maintain accurate and timely
documentation consistent with school and state requirements
Participate in team meetings and professional development
activities as needed Required Qualifications: Valid and active
Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Experience
working in school-based settings, preferably with elementary-aged
children Familiarity with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
therapeutic approaches is a plus Strong communication and
organizational skills Reliable transportation for daily onsite work
