Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructor Pool for the 2025/2026
academic year, including positions for Psychology Instructor,
Senior Instructor I, and Senior Instructor II (Ecampus).
Key Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and possibly graduate courses in psychology
Provide mentoring and support to students in an online learning
environment
Contribute to the department's service goals, promoting equity and
inclusion
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's degree in Psychology or a closely related field for
Instructor rank
Evidence of effective teaching at the college or university
level
Ability to effectively use technology in teaching, including online
tools
For Senior Instructor I rank, at least 4 years of exceptional
teaching experience
For Senior Instructor II rank, at least 8 years of sustained
achievement in college teaching
