Fenton Company, the Maintenance Technician is an integral member of the property management team and contributes to the quality of the property and resident satisfaction. What You Will Do: In this role, you will use your eye of excellence to perform the essential functions of the role; such as, make readies, residential service requests, general maintenance work orders, and asset preservation, all while ensuring you follow proper safety protocol. When you join this close-knit team, you will work with your team members (maintenance and office team) to achieve community goals. The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
