Job Description:
Our healthcare services client is seeking a Senior Accountant to
join their accounting team and be involved with their financial
accounting, reporting, and analysis. The Senior Accountant will be
an integral part of the daily and month-end close process and be
responsible for the accounting matters of their various operating
locations. This position will be responsible for, but not limited
to, the following: Prepare and post daily and month-end entries for
specific business locations within the organization Perform account
reconciliations and analysis of various balance sheet accounts and
intercompany transactions Prepare and review monthly financial
reports and related analysis and provide profitability reports for
business decision support Prepare variance analysis and
calculations and work with business unit management for financial
support Assist in various ad-hoc projects and corporate initiatives
when presented The qualified Senior Accountant will possess: A
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Approximately 3 years of
progressive experience in accounting; prior experience in the
hospitality or commercial property management industries is a plus
Experience with intercompany transactions and cost
sharing/allocations in a multi-entity organization is highly
preferred Excellent communication (both verbal and written),
organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong
analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
environment within a fluid business operating state Motivated to
learn and grow in their career This opportunity is a HYBRID work
arrangement – 3 days IN-OFFICE / 2 days REMOTE. For further
