TeamSan Diego, CA. Currently seeking an experienced full-time Team
Loan Officer. We are seeking a highly motivated, ethical team
player who is looking to be part of a company with a great future

examining loan documentation for accuracy and completeness. Will be
working with loan originators and production staff to secure all
required documents. Will be working with several types of mortgage
lending (Conventional, FHA, VA, etc). We offer a comprehensive

Conventionaland FHA Lendingas a Loan Officer, etc Fluent knowledge
of DU LP FHA and CONV experience; be attuned to all the latest HUD,
RESPA, HVCC, and Agency guidelines Ability to manage multiple tasks
and deadlines simultaneously Proven customer service skills Works
well in a team environment Effective verbal and written
communication skillsProficient computer skills Compensation &

Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly Responsibilities:
