Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Manager of Client Accounting &
Advisory Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the CAAS team to ensure operational efficiency and
service delivery
Oversee client project management, billing accuracy, and maintain
strong client relationships
Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance
and career progression
Required Qualifications
15+ years of experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership
role within CAAS or related services
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance,
or equivalent experience
Strong expertise in CAAS systems and compliance processes
5+ years of experience with Intacct and 10+ years with QuickBooks
Online (QBO)
Experience managing teams in a multi-client, multi-time zone
environment
